Vinyl Installation Instructions

These are made from a high-quality Vinyl. A clear transfer tape has already been applied to aid with installing the vinyl. You must make sure the vinyl decal and letters stick to the transfer tape since this is how you will apply the decal to the center cap. These have been cut in a circle which should be the size of the center cap. The have been centered horizontally and vertically which will put them in the center of the cap once applied.
READ THROUGH INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE STARTING.

1. Thoroughly clean the center cap where the vinyl will be applied with soap/water and then Rubbing Alcohol. Make sure the center cap is thoroughly dry after cleaning with Rubbing Alcohol.
2. The vinyl has been rubbed to make sure it is stuck to the transfer tape. When you start peeling off the backing, the decal and letters should remain stuck to the transfer tape.

Installation:

a. Place the circle on the center cap where the vinyl will be applied so you know if it’s a good fit or not. These should match closely to the size of the center cap but there may be a little gap.
b. Carefully peel the backing off making sure all of the decal sticks to the transfer tape. If not, rub it again with your fingers and peel again. Note: These are very small and the letters are super small so the best option will be to remove the entire backing and then start to apply/rub the transfer tape from either the top or bottom.
c. It is recommended you rub a small section of the transfer tape, starting at the top, onto the center cap so it doesn’t move. Do not let the rest of the transfer tape touch the center cap or the decal will stick to it.
d. Slowly start rubbing the transfer tape onto the center cap back and forth with your finger until the whole transfer tape has covered the center cap.
e. Afterwards, it is important to rub the letters with a credit card while the transfer tape is still on so you don’t damage the vinyl. Do not remove the transfer tape until the Crossfire and all the letters have been rubbed down with a credit card.
f. Finally, slowly start peeling the transfer tape, from one edge, making sure the decal sticks to the center cap. Peeling in a diagonal manner helps. If anything doesn’t stick, put the transfer tape back down, rub with a credit card and continue to peel the transfer tape.

- We inspect all returned items.
- We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping if the return is as result of our error or defective product.
- The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. The acrylic must not be scratched and must be returned in original protective bubblewrap pouch.
- Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as an item ordered by mistake.
- There will be a minimum restocking fee of $20 charged for any return order that is not in original condition or missing parts. Customer will be responsible for return shipping in this situation.
- Custom orders cannot be returned since this item was created especially for you.
