The following will provide instructions for use, cleaning and care of your acrylic plate.

Acrylic Plate Care and Cleaning: The acrylic plate is 1/8” thick and care must be taken to avoid scratches.
1. Carefully remove the acrylic plate from the bubble-wrap container. Each Acrylic plate has a tab at the bottom which fits into the top opening of the base. Remove from the bubble-wrap by this tab.
2. When placing the plate into the opening of the base, try to avoid touching the front/back of the plate to avoid leaving fingerprints. If possible, touch the outside edges to place in the opening of the base.
3. You can carefully clean with a little bit of soapy water using a non-abrasive lint-free or shammy cloth that won't scratch the surface. Blot to dry, DO NOT rub. Avoid the engraved area as much as possible.

LED Base and Remote Control:
1. This can be plugged in using the included USB cable and AC Adapter or you can also use 3 AA batteries (not included). The batteries can be replaced and accessed on the bottom of the base. Care should be taken removing and plugging USB cable into base.
2. Remove the clear tab from the bottom of the Remote Control before you start using it to control the lights.
3. There are 16 static colors which you can select for a steady light or you can use the buttons on the right to change effects (Flash, Strobe, Fade, Smooth). Each effect produces a different transition from one color to the other, continually rotating through 7 of the colors. You should be able to turn on and change colors by lightly touching the button located on the top of the base but easier to use the remote. Holding the same button down for a few seconds will turn it off. The Remote should be pointing to the three holes in the front of the base in order for the infrared to work.
4. When purchasing multiple bases, one remote can control all bases if they are close together. To control each separately, make sure they are not close to each other. Some TV remotes have turned on the base so try to keep a distance from your TV.

Return Policy:
If something doesn't work out or a product is defective, you can send most items back within 30 days of purchase. - You must start the return process within 15 days of receiving your item by emailing annetteslastingimpressions@gmail.com.
- We inspect all returned items.
- We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping if the return is as result of our error or defective product.
- The product must be in new and unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. The acrylic must not be scratched and must be returned in original protective bubblewrap pouch.
- Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as an item ordered by mistake.
- There will be a restocking fee of $20 charged for any return order that is not in original condition or missing parts. Customer will be responsible for return shipping in this situation.
- Custom orders cannot be returned since this item was created especially for you.
