Return Policy:
If a product is defective, you can send most items back within 15 days of purchase.
- You must start the return process within 5 days of receiving your item by emailing annetteslastingimpressions@gmail.com.
- We inspect all returned items.
- We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping if the return is as result of our error or defective product.
- The product must be in new and unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
- Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as an item ordered by mistake.
- There will be a restocking fee of $5 charged for any return order that is not in original condition or missing parts. Customer will be responsible for return shipping in this situation.
- Custom orders cannot be returned since this item was created especially for you.
