Return Policy:
If something doesn't work out or a product is defective, you can send most items back within 30 days of purchase.
- You must start the return process within 15 days of receiving your item by emailing annetteslastingimpressions@gmail.com.
- We inspect all returned items.
- We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping if the return is as result of our error or defective product.
- The product must be in new and unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. The acrylic must not be scratched and must be returned in original protective bubblewrap pouch.
- Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as an item ordered by mistake.
- There will be a restocking fee of $20 charged for any return order that is not in original condition or missing parts. Customer will be responsible for return shipping in this situation.
- Custom orders cannot be returned since this item was created especially for you.
